Siberian soup with porcini mushrooms and pearl barley is a traditional mushroom soup.
It is loved for the incomparable aroma and taste of porcini mushrooms collected in the taiga forests. The basis of the soup is pearl barley, which gives density and richness to the soup. Onion, black pepper and coriander perfectly complement the taste of mushrooms. The finishing touch is thick sour cream and herbs-add them while serving the dish.
